Senior Engineering Manager, Capacity Engineering

Leads the team responsible for capacity data, planning, assurance, and efficiency across the compute fleet that trains and serves Anthropic’s models. The manager sets the roadmap, develops senior engineers, and partners with research engineering, inference, infrastructure, and finance on reliability and hardware utilization.
