Research Engineer, ML Systems & Performance

Google DeepMind is seeking a Research Engineer to optimize ML systems performance. You'll work on making our training and inference systems faster and more efficient, optimize JAX and XLA code for TPU and GPU, and build the infrastructure that enables DeepMind's research teams to scale their experiments.

This role requires both deep systems knowledge and ML expertise.
