Develop, fine-tune, and deploy NLP and LLM models, then build APIs and pipelines for conversational-AI features based on call data. Responsibilities include MLOps, Docker/Kubernetes deployments, AWS infrastructure, experiment tracking, monitoring, and production model optimization.
