MLOps Engineer, Model Deployment

Cohere is looking for an MLOps Engineer to build and maintain the systems that deploy our language models to enterprise customers. You'll work on CI/CD pipelines for ML models, monitoring and observability, A/B testing infrastructure, and the tooling that enables our research team to ship model improvements rapidly.

This is a fully remote role with significant ownership over critical infrastructure.

• 3+ years of MLOps or DevOps experience
• Strong Python and infrastructure-as-code skills
• Experience with ML model deployment and serving
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms
• Understanding of ML model lifecycle management
