Research Scientist, Reasoning

OpenAI is looking for a Research Scientist to join our Reasoning team. You'll work on advancing the reasoning capabilities of our models — from mathematical problem solving to multi-step logical inference and code generation.

You'll design and run experiments, develop new training methodologies, and collaborate with teams across OpenAI to integrate improvements into our deployed products. This is an opportunity to work at the frontier of AI capabilities research.

• PhD in ML, mathematics, or computer science
